Swift Fitness’ Shoulder Strength program is designed to strengthen and improve the overall health and function of your shoulders. Providing your shoulders with proper attention and stimulus will lead to overall increased upper body strength and help keep you lifting pain-free. This is a comprehensive four-week program that provides two shoulder-specific workouts per week. It can easily be incorporated into your current lifting routine and can be repeated and progressed indefinitely. The program is meant to supplement your current training, not replace it. However, you may need to adjust your upper body workouts to accommodate the additional volume. Each exercise comes with provided set and rep ranges, tempo specifications, notes, and a video demonstration.
