These programs were created for individuals who are not looking for personal training but would like insight into some of the training methods used at SF. Each program was designed to focus on a different training outcome. After you purchase a program, you will be sent a PDF that will contain workouts, instructions, and video tutorials.
ADVANCED 4 WEEK STRENGTH
Online Training Program
This program is for intermediate and advanced lifters who are looking to progressively build strength and power. Each week comes with 3 completely different full body workouts. Given the variety of movements that are included in this program, it is recommended that you repeat the program 3-4 times to maximize your gains. Take the guess work out of training and implement the same training methods used at swift fitness that get our clients results.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Online Training Program
As an athlete, an efficient and strategic training program will increase your competitive performance while saving you time in the gym. Unlike most athletic training programs that just have you going in the gym and doing random exercises, this programs offers you a comprehensive and science driven approach that is geared towards making you a more robust human being. The main objectives of this program is to reduce risk of injury, increase jumping power and improve running speed. There are no fancy sport specific tricks or gimmicks in the program, only proven training methods that will positively transfer onto the field.

If you are looking to add size on to your legs, this program is for you. There are a total of 12 different workouts that are focused on adding strength on the main lower body compound lifts that will ultimately add mass to your legs. Each day also includes an optional upper body and core exercise as well just in case you want to create a well balanced physique. It’s time to stop the banded donkey kick backs and get on a program that has you putting in real work to get the body you are looking for.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed for individuals looking to get an intense workout in a short period of time. This program offers 10 completely different full body circuits that will help you lose weight, build strength, and increase endurance all at once. If you are tired of doing the same monotonous workouts over and over again, you will not be disappointed with this program.

Starting your fitness journey doesn’t need to be complicated. This program was designed for someone with zero fitness experience who is looking to start working out from the comfort of their home. Each workout is designed to build off the previous one with no equipment needed. You will be able to slowly progress your fitness level without getting discouraged.
